I've got a Langley ride planned with a couple of buddies - should things change, I'll check in with you for a start time in Van...

Allan and i are thinking 9:30 at Speed theory
We went this a.m., it was chilly at 2 degrees, yet roads were dry. We toured Langley along River Road and travelled deep through the country roads into Abbotsford. It was a great ride and, believe it or not, we have several hill climbs in Langley aka (the 7 sisters), Armstrong Road, 264th, Le Fevre, to take on. I believe you're quite familiar with some of these hills, namely Le Fevre...aren't you Doug? - you have the injuries to prove it...meaning you also have unfinished business out here...LeFevre is waiting for you..!
The highlight of the ride was when we stopped for a wine taste at a vinyard (called Ft Wine Co. in Fort Langley). I recommend the Apricot and blueberry flavour. Overall, the ride was truly 'sweet'.
Recomendation: WSC members - drop the Rmd or HB loop for a weekend and come out for a three/four hour Langley/Abbotsford ride this spring. You won't be dissapointed. I may even fire up the BBQ after...BYOB, we have lots of parking.
