Giro Di Burnaby 2007 - Dana Williams

By coincidence, I met Dana for the first time tonight at the Giro Di Burnaby...as he calmly prepares for his second (back to back) race after the Tour Di Gastown last night. Proudly representing "Pink"!

I also heard Steve King announce the name "Allan Prazky"...however, I had no luck in finding him for an interview and photo shoot...sorry!

I can't believe its' already here! Spring series starts this coming Sunday March 4th. Click here for details. Is anyone else considering racing this year?

Lousy forecast for the weekend (Feb 24 & 25)

Weather pending we'll be leaving Speed Theory at 8:30 am. See you there.

Riding this weekend

Since the forecast for Saturday is 100% chance of showers it looks like Sunday is the day for riding. I'd like to ride between 90 - 100km and be finished by 12pm. I plan on leaving Speed Theory at 8:30am riding out to Iona followed by a Richmond loop.

Hope the see the rest of the Pink Panthers then.

Setting up/posting/comments for Dummies

1. You need to set up a Google Account it takes 2 seconds.
2. Go to the Google site and under search type in Google Accounts.
3. There it will give you an option to set up a free e-mail address and password. This is what you use to sign in on the blog site.
4. You have to go to sign in on the top right corner of the Westsidecycling Blog Site.
5. Then you have a choice on the top right either New Blogger or Old Blogger>Press "New Blogger".
6. Add your e-mail address that you created on google and password. Press enter.
7. And the you have a page where it says DashBoard and here you can post a new blog.
8. If you just want to comment on a post from someone else just press "comments"under the post and comment away.

WSCC startup

Look forward to riding with you guys...once the fog clears and I can find my way to the city.

Its a long haul from Langley to Vancouver......only to get my ass kicked while wearing hot pink tights!
